We deliver to all corners of the world. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the French postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. Express shipping is via DHL INTER.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday – orders placed at the weekend are shipped on the following Monday). Pre-order items are shipped on the date given in the product information.

For France:

Standard delivery (via Colissimo): 2-3 working days in France (once the parcel has shipped). Colissimo deliveries require a signature. This delivery method costs €4.90 (€14.90+ for French overseas territories), or is free when you spend €100 if you live in mainland France.

Express delivery (via Chronopost): guaranteed delivery in France within 24 working hours once the parcel has shipped (48 working hours in Corsica). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may take the parcel to an official TNT pick-up point. This delivery method costs €10. 

For Europe:

Standard delivery (via Colissimo International): 3-10 working days (once the parcel has shipped) depending on the destination. May take longer due to customs protocols. This delivery method costs €8.90+, or is free when you spend €100.

Express (via DHL Inter): 48 working hours to 5 working days (once the parcel has shipped; depending on customs protocols). This delivery method costs €15.90+.

For elsewhere:

Standard delivery (via Colissimo International): 5-10 working days (once the parcel has shipped) depending on the destination. May take longer due to customs protocols. This delivery method costs €10.90+.

Express (via DHL Inter): 48 working hours to 5 working days (once the parcel has shipped; depending on customs protocols). This delivery method costs €19.90+.

Any orders placed on the Studio Romeo website and delivered outside France may be subject to additional government duties and fees, taxes and customs duties when the parcel arrives at its destination. The customer is responsible for paying these taxes and customs duties linked to product delivery. These charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

RETURNS

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return any unsuitable items to us at your own expense for a refund.

Products returned must not have been worn or washed, and should be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Baby carrier boxes are considered to be an integral part of the item. No refund will be issued if an item has been washed or is not in its original packaging.

You can return items in their original packaging, together with the delivery slip (if you no longer have this slip, please clearly indicate your order number) to the following address:

Refund terms: You must pay for the cost of returning items. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refund timelines: Your returns parcel will be processed within 10 working days after it is received by our logistics team. The refund will be added to the bank card (or PayPal account) used for the payment. You will be notified of the refund by email. 

N.B. Your parcel may have arrived at our logistics service, but not yet been processed...so please don’t contact us about your refund before this period has elapsed ;)
