Duo baby carrier with two bands: physiological carrying without knots or straps

The baby sling is designed for short-term use and short trips.

For a longer duration, the Duo baby carrier will be more suitable. Its two bands allow you to distribute the weight of the baby on your two shoulders and reduce the weight on your back.

It’s a good alternative to the stroller for going for a walk with complete peace of mind!

To put on your Duo baby carrier, start by putting on a first strap over your shoulder, then the second by crossing it over your chest.

The headbands should not create a twist in your back, but should remain flat.

To position your baby, place him against one of your shoulders and start by sliding one of his legs inside the band closest to you, up to the hollow of his knee.

Move your baby onto your second shoulder and slide his second leg inside the second band.

Then adjust the headbands so that they cover the baby's back well, from the knees to the nape of the neck.

If the fabric does not seem tight enough, you can make a twist which will help you tighten it slightly to better support your baby.

The Duo baby carrier comes in two sizes: size 1 corresponds to a standard size SM and size 2 corresponds to a size L-XL.

Keep in mind that the fabric of the Duo baby carrier is stretchy and will soften over time with the weight of your baby.

Once installed, your child should not feel compressed by the fabric (and neither should you!) but should be held securely against you.

The use of the Duo baby carrier is recommended from 2 months. At this age, your baby begins to hold his head and the spacing of his hips corresponds to the physiological carrying position allowed by the Duo baby carrier.

It can be used up to around 12kg, if your baby still feels comfortable without being compressed (and you too!).

Here are the recommendations to follow to ensure that your baby is properly installed in the baby carrier:

• Her face is clearly visible and within kissing range;
• His mouth and nose are clear, his chin is slightly raised;
• His head is turned to the side, which clears his airway;
• His legs are slightly bent, in a "frog" or M position;
• Her back is wrapped in headbands, from her knees to her neck.

There are no contraindications regarding breastfeeding with a Duo baby carrier .

There are several breastfeeding positions possible, it's up to you to find the one that suits you and your baby best.

The Duo Studio Romeo baby carrier is not designed to be worn on the back. For back carrying, choose the onbuhimo Up&Go baby carrier model .

Our baby carriers are machine washable at 30°C and 400 spins maximum.

Machine drying is strongly discouraged.

If the fabric of your baby carrier stretches too much, machine wash both bands to tighten the fabric fibers slightly.

To best respect your baby's skin, we have opted for a baby carrier made of 100% OEKO-TEX organic cotton. Without elastane, it is knitted in a GOTS-certified workshop in Portugal.

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours.

For any order placed on the weekend, the items will be sent on Monday.

If you choose Mondial Relay delivery, orders placed on Friday after 10 a.m. or on the weekend are sent the following Tuesday.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed .
