Deliveries and returns

Your purchases are prepared and sent as tracked mail on Wednesdays or Saturdays following the date of the order. After sending, delivery usually takes another 2 or 3 days.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email with information on your tracking number (mailtracking) to easily track your item.
Studio Romeo cannot be held responsible in cases of losses or delays in delivery caused by errors or disturbances attributable to La Poste.
If there is an error in the wording of the delivery address provided by the customer, Studio Romeo will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the ordered items. In such cases, re-delivery transport costs will be at the expense of the customer.

International deliveries require more time as a result of custom procedures (expect 3 to 5 days with International Colissimo or International Mailtracking). Orders made on the Studio Romeo website and delivered outside France may be taxed, as well as the object of customs duties, which it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for upon delivery.

The cancellation period is of 14 days from the day following delivery of the product(s). Demands for returns can be made by contacting the Studio Romeo customer service, by submitting a form or by email. As soon as you receive an authorization email for your return query, you will be able to return the products in their original package, unwashed and unused. Return costs will not be incurred by Studio Romeo.

Once your item has been returned, you will be reimbursed for the purchase (Note: delivery and return costs are not covered) within a maximum of 30 days after we receive the returned item(s).

Purchases made outside the European Union are definitive and not subject to either exchange or reimbursement.

Size guide

1. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Our baby carriers are currently available in two sizes :

And since each body is unique, you can try it quietly at home to see if it suits you and if not, you can send it back for a refund ;)

2. THE SIZE IS TOO SMALL - BABY IS TOO SQUASHED

You may experience a feeling of tightness but the goal is ultimately that the baby is held firmly against you and does not move, just like with a classic carrier. For the newborn position, depending on the morphology of the baby and the wearer, it can quickly become restrictive. You can therefore place them into the sitting position early by respecting a physiological position and the natural spacing of the hips.

IMPORTANT : The fabric is softened and relaxed during use and as the baby grows.

3. THE SIZE IS TOO LARGE - BABY IS TOO LOW

Indeed your child should not be too low, or at least the position should remain as comfortable for them as it is for you and should remain in reach for kisses. If this is not the case, you can make a loop with the fabric on each shoulder. You can make a loop by twisting the side of the scarf by reversing the hems so that the fabric is shortened and the baby is lifted slightly ( http://www.portersonenfant.fr/les-porte-bebes/lecharpe-porte-bebe/trucs-astuces-vocabulaire-du-portage-en-echarpe/).

You can also wash your sling (30° in the washing machine) so that the fabric shrinks.
