DELIVERY
To be delivered before Christmas: order by colissimo or chronopost until 17/12 inclusive! We recommend chronopost delivery for more security.
Normally, your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday - orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday (excluding Mondial Relay which are collected the following Tuesday).
Delivery times are given as an indication. Please note that delivery delays due to carriers may occur.
Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product sheet. If you have ordered several items including one pre-order, the package will be shipped when it is complete (the latest date).
For France:
Mondial Relay: Free for mainland France. Please note: the choice of relay point is made after payment, if no relay point has been chosen, your package will be automatically sent to a relay point in your city and no changes will be possible.
Mondial Relay only collects parcels from Tuesday to Friday inclusive. Orders placed after Friday 10am are shipped the following Tuesday.
Colissimo standard: 2 to 3 working days - €4.90 (for French overseas departments and territories from €14.90). Colissimo delivery is free from €100 of purchase for Metropolitan France and Europe.
Chronopost Express: 24 to 48 working hours in France (48 hours in Corsica) . Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If the recipient is absent, the delivery person may drop off the package at an approved relay point. This delivery method has a single price of €9.90.
For abroad:
Colissimo International: 3 to 10 working days depending on the destination (after shipping) and may take longer due to customs procedures. Colissimos are only offered with signature and the price depends on the destination. For Europe, this delivery method is charged from €8.90 and is free from €100 of purchase.
DHL Inter Express: the delivery time is 48 hours to 5 working days (once the package has been shipped and depending on customs procedures). In case of absence during delivery, DHL INTER will contact you by telephone to retry delivery 3 days in a row. In case of non-delivery of the package by the carrier, the package will be returned to Studio Romeo.
Any order placed on the Studio Romeo website and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
RETURNS
Please ensure that your order number appears in the return package, no refund/exchange will be possible without this information.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchases to us.
Returned products must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition . The baby carrier box is considered an integral part of the item. No item will be refunded if it has been washed or if it is not in its original packaging.

Regarding the terms of reimbursement: The return of merchandise is at your expense and the additional shipping costs are not reimbursed. (We cover the initial shipping costs via MondialRelay).
Regarding refund times: your returned packages are processed within 10 working days after receipt by our logistics department and the refund will be made to the bank card (or PayPal account) used for payment. You will be notified by email of the refund.
NB: The return package may have arrived at our logistics provider but not yet processed... so there is no point in contacting us again regarding your refund before this deadline ;)
