Knotless baby carrier: which size to choose?
In order to best adapt to the morphology of the wearer and that of your baby, the Duo baby carrier is available in two sizes: T1 (S/M) and T2 (L/XL).
For your information, here is the size of a DUO headband flat and ironed:
Duo T1 = 39cm x 58 cm
Duo T2 = 39cmx 66cm
Please note that if you want both parents to be able to use the baby carrier : take into account the build of each carrier. If you are of a similar size, it is possible to use the same Duo and make turns to adapt the size to the less corpulent carrier (the father or the mother). Otherwise, we advise you to provide two baby carriers to ensure safe carrying for the baby.
Size and composition of the bands of our baby carrier
Made from 100% organic cotton, you will find no elastane or harmful substances in this OEKO-TEX certified baby carrier.
The fabric is naturally stretchy to perfectly fit your baby's shape and support him as best as possible, while following the natural development of his body.
Please note: the Duo is a textile product, which may change slightly over time and with washing. It is not surprising that after many uses and machine washes, the fabric will relax slightly, to the point of creating a small difference of one or two centimeters with the initial size.
This is due to the weight of the baby stressing the fabric and the many washes, but there is no risk to your baby's safety as long as it continues to be supported.
Headband maintenance
It is important to follow the washing and drying instructions below to avoid damaging, tightening or loosening the straps of your Duo baby carrier:
- Machine wash at 30°C
- Maximum 400 laps
- Use a mild detergent (without bleach or fabric softener)
- No tumble drying
We recommend that you be particularly careful with second-hand Studio Romeo baby carriers . We cannot guarantee in what conditions the product was worn, or how it was washed. It is possible that the baby carrier is too tight or loose, less secure for our baby. Our team will not be able to advise you on the size of Studio Romeo headbands following a second-hand purchase.
