It's decided, 2020 will be the year of small and big occasions, of big tables with friends, in short, of real life. No more desires for better than good and 20/20, for this new year we aim for salutary non-resolutions rather than good resolutions that we will never keep. Proof by 5!
In 2020, we will…
1. Spend time with family
Haha, did you believe us? Of course we love to enjoy it, but in truth, we mostly want to think about OURSELVES, after all this time... So in 2020, we're giving ourselves some real me time , based on going out with friends, head-to-toe massages or simply cozy evenings on the couch.
2. Adopt a morning routine
Not even in your dreams! Sleeping in late is already a distant memory since you became a parent, so you're not going to insult yourself by setting an alarm before the fateful "mamaaaaaan". The future belongs to those who get up early, of course, but for you, sleep is sacred!
3. Do sports
Who says you don't do it? Pushing the fully loaded stroller after running after your offspring for miles while carrying your 15 kg eldest child in your arms, that's not exercise? Okay, you can still optimize by carrying your youngest from morning to night!
4. Take up new activities
Between your life as a mother, wife, lover, working girl, taxi driver, presenter, Sunday sportswoman, there is still room for something, right? What do you mean you don't want to knit yourself a Wonder Woman uniform by the fire? OK, then we're counting on you to invent miracle pills to combat mental overload in your free time!
5. Travel the world
Of course, the grass is always greener under the coconut trees. So we embark with the whole family to faraway lands to escape the daily monotony. Or we choose instead to enjoy our own world, to open our eyes to what surrounds us, here and now, and to savor the simple pleasures of life. You will see, your efforts will not be… in vain ♡
