Already December! Often, this surge triggers a race against time and the start of hostilities for Christmas preparations. What if this year you decided to savor each day, take your time and slow down? It's a bit like the last month of the year offering you the best for last on a platter... it would be a shame to miss out!
Snowing against the current
You read that right! At Studio Romeo, we don't want to dive into the magic of Christmas, but we do want to avoid drowning in the list of tasks to do before Christmas Eve. The idea is to try to enjoy a month that often flies by at the speed of light, forgetting the "I have tos" and the "I musts". Weekends dedicated to baking or escaping in winter (rather than running around the shops), zero-waste gifts or 100% local holiday meals (to give free rein to your creativity), there are many ways to experience Christmas both intensely and more slowly.
Finish in style
December is a bit like the cherry on the cake of the past year. Barely started, it already projects us towards the end point, the time to take stock and make good resolutions. So all means are good to slow down and celebrate each day as it should be. Advent calendar or not, don't wait until the end of the month to celebrate the small and big pleasures of life. Meet your friends around a mulled wine, admire the illuminations with family, read by the fireplace... A ritual that you are likely to develop a taste for!
Happy Holidays!
